This large family came to us and said that they wanted a backyard pool entertainment area that featured an outdoor kitchen, seated lounging area under their 2-storey deck, a separate raised dining area by the pool, and a tiki element to add to the tropical feel of the backyard. They also desired to have a natural looking waterfall cascading into the pool.

There were not too many challenges with this project other than trying to achieve the wish list of the client within their budget. In the end, we provided this family with a natural rock waterfall flowing into a lagoon shaped pool with a Tiki hut on the outskirts of the patio topped with bamboo fencing. We made sure to incorporate a tropical style planting to get the overall feel of a resort style getaway. The raised dining area overlooking the pool and waterfall make for a perfect place to enjoy a cold beverage and look over the very large backyard. The outdoor kitchen was placed close to house with adjacent heated seating area which feature cultured stone appointed fireplace. Overall, the client was very pleased with the finished product.
